Dear Alice Johnson, Charlotte Davis, and Daniel Lee,

Thank you for extending the invitation to the upcoming HR planning meeting. I'm pleased to confirm my attendance on next Thursday at 10:00 AM in the conference room on the 5th floor.

Regarding the agenda items, I'm looking forward to discussing the candidate applications, interview questions, and assessment criteria. I'm also excited about the logistical arrangements for the interviews.

As requested, I'd be happy to contribute to the development of interview questions, particularly a behavioral question that could help us gauge a candidate's ability to handle conflict in the workplace. Based on my experience, I suggest asking:

"Can you describe a time when you had to deal with a difficult coworker or team member? How did you handle the situation, and what was the outcome?"

This question allows candidates to reflect on a specific experience and share how they approached and resolved a conflict. It also provides insight into their communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and emotional intelligence.

Looking forward to our productive and insightful meeting next week.

Best regards,

Benjamin Watson
